CERTIFICATION IPC/WHMA-A-620 CERTIFIED IPC SPECIALIST (CIS)

Course Description

The IPC/WHMA-A-620 cable and wire harness standard was established to meet the needs of the industry. IPC/WHMA-A-620, Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies, is based on the IPC-A-610 standard, which is one of the world’s most heavily used standards. The IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Specialist Training and Certification Course is a detailed three (3) day high intensity paragraph-by-paragraph review of the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Standard.

Certification

Students will take open book written exams at the conclusion of the Course. An IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified IPC Specialist Certification is valid for two (2) years after successfully completing this course. A relevant Recertification course/training is available to IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) skilled students who have previously achieved their Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) certification in the last two years.
